Bulbs

Please note: The Bulb ordering season at Kingsdown has now finished.  We will start taking new orders again in August 2024.

Kingsdown Nurseries are an approved National Trust supplier and provide wholesale bulbs, trees and plants to their properties up and down the country. Local Councils, Garden Designers and large Estates are also regular customers.

The interest in and demand for flower bulbs has increased dramatically over the last two or three seasons. To help us service demand this season we have reserved nearly a million bulbs.

There are some changes to the ordering process.  We have made the decision not to print a hard copy of our wholesale bulb brochure as we used to.  We want to keep everyone more up to date with the rapidly changing stock situation so instead of a brochure we have made our current bulb stock list available here (the stocklist will be visible below during the bulb ordering season August to October) and this will be updated every morning, Monday to Friday until October 16th which is the last day we take bulb orders.

To order please follow the process below:

1. Scroll down and check our stocklist to see what varieties and quantities are available. (The stocklist will be visible below during the bulb ordering season August to October)
2. Email your order through as soon as possible so that we can secure the stock for you. sales@kingsdown-uk.com 
3. One of the sales team will double check availability and respond to you with an order acknowledgment within one working day.
4. Pay by card or bank transfer. You will receive a proforma invoice with your order acknowledgment.
5. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for delivery. We can normally start delivering by early to mid September for orders placed in advance.

Some important points to note:

• The last day we take Bulb orders  is October 16th and the earlier you can put your order in the greater the selection available to you will be!
• If very large quantities of a particular bulb are required, it may be possible to source varieties not shown (or of insufficient quantity) on the availability list.
• Delivery is charged at cost and is available nationwide.
• Stock is not held on site, so whilst collection is possible you will still need to put your order in as above and await our notification that your order is ready.
